To open the console, push on the lid lightly and it will automatically open.
CAUTION
When your vehicle is parked in the sun or on a warm day, the inside of the overhead console heats up. Avoid storing plastic or other heatvulnerable or flammable articles such as a lighter in the overhead console.

CAUTION
Do not use the pocket as an ashtray or leave a lighted cigarette in the pocket.

are driving, as this may distract you and lead to an accident.

The gear position indicator light can be activated or deactivated by performing
the following procedure.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the “LOCK” position.
2. Press the trip knob to show “ ” or “ ” on the trip meter display.

Front Speaker
A: REMOVAL
1. FRONT SIDE SPEAKER
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the front side speaker.
Release the clips and claws, then detach the speaker cover.
CAUTION:
Use a plastic clip remover for removal.
Remove the screws.
