Subaru Outback (BR): When “CHECK DISC” is displayed
Press the eject button to unload the discs. Check that the disc is not damaged
or scratched, and also check that the disc is inserted correctly. This message may
appear when using some CD-RW discs.
Check that the disc type (i.e., 8 cm/3 inch CDs are not supported) and data format
are correct. This player can only play CDDA, MP3, WMA and AAC data formats. If the
disc cannot be unloaded or this message remains displayed, please contact your SUBARU
dealer.

To extend the cover, pull the end of the cover out of the housing, then insert
its hooks into the catches as shown. To rewind it, unhook it from the catches and
it will rewind automatically. You should hold on to the cover and guide it back
into the cover housing while it is rewinding.

If the CHECK ENGINE warning light/ malfunction indicator lamp illuminates while
you are driving, have your vehicle checked/repaired by your SUBARU dealer as soon
