A: REMOVAL
1) Shift the select lever to "N" range.
2) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
3) Lift up the vehicle.
4) Remove the rear exhaust pipe.

Never tow AWD vehicles (including AT, MT and CVT) with the front wheels raised
off the ground while the rear wheels are on the ground, or with the rear wheels
raised off the ground while the front wheels are on the ground. This will cause
the vehicle to spin away due to the operation

A: REMOVAL
1. SEDAN MODEL
1) Remove the rear seat cushion.
Pull up the seat cushion and release the hook.
CAUTION:
If the hook is removed from vehicle body, replace the hook with the new part to
avoid the deterioration
of seat securing.
