Subaru Outback (BR): Removing air intake duct

Use a screwdriver to undo the clips on the air intake duct, then remove the air
intake duct. Refer to “Type A clips” F11-5.

hood.
Tightening torque:
20 N*m (2.0 kgf-m, 14.8 ft-lb)

CAUTION
Do not use the bars as roof rails when the bars are stowed.
1. Pull out the crossbars from the roof rail holders by pulling up the covers.
2. Slide the bars in the direction shown in the illustration.
3. Install the bars into the holders.
