Subaru Outback (BR): Ventilation

To force outside air through the instrument panel outlets: 1. Set the air inlet selection button to the OFF position.

2. Press the “3. Set the temperature control dial all the way left.” button.


3. Set the temperature control dial all the way left.

4. Set the fan speed control dial to the desired speed.

When driving on a dusty road, set the air inlet control button to the ON position.

WARNING

Continued operation in the ON position may fog up the windows. Switch to the OFF position as soon as the outside dusty condition clears.

WARNING ● Never tow a trailer when the temporary spare tire is used. The temporary spare tire is not designed to sustain the towing load. Use of the temporary spare tire when towing can result in failure of the spare tire and/or less stability of the vehicle and may lead to an accident.
